    The Candidate

    We are looking for someone who understands affiliate and operator partnerships and ideally already has contacts within gaming industry

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for setting up new CPA, Hybrid, website advertising banner and position sales on our affiliate websites
    • Responsible for new business by identifying new high value casino operator partnership opportunities.
    • Responsible for the retention of, and business growth with, current casino operator partners.
    • Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all partners.
    • Conversion rate optimisation: Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports.
    • Establishing and maintaining strong partner relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, and telephone and email communication.
    • Developing and maintaining market-leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a first-class service.
    • Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and spreadsheets.
    • Delivering acquisition campaigns to our operators, both off the shelf and bespoke, to meet the requirements of a given deal.
    • Use data and analysis to monitor the affiliate program performance and efficiency.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners and reach monthly sales targets
    • Build strong relationships with partners and continuously grow relationships and identify ways to generate incremental revenue for the business.

    The successful candidate will work cross functionally between various areas of the business and play a vital part in the successful coordination of the marketing/administration requirements of the company.

    The Candidate

    Do you have experience working in paid search, programmatic and SEO? This role could be the progression you need.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver an Organic Growth strategy to achieve growth in organic SEO rankings
    • Identify key SEO growth areas through GAP analysis leveraging market intelligence and competitor insight to prioritise quick wins alongside longer strategic projects
    • Plan, prepare and lead onsite growth meetings, with collaboration across the team
    • Manage prospective content and features across roadmap, and work with the Editorial and Content team to deliver engaging content and features
    • Work closely with our agency partners and in-house technical team to implement on-site technical SEO changes
    • Help plan and develop paid search and display campaigns.
    • Ensure that campaigns and assets are on-brand and considered as part of the wider Marketing strategy.
    • To help measure and analyse the effectiveness of paid search and display campaigns, as well as provide insights to take corrective action where needed to achieve set KPI’s
    • Provide keyword research, ad creation, landing page optimisations, bid optimisations, etc. to optimise campaigns result
    • To help manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target.
    • Monitor Google’s and Bing’s account activity (budget caps, impression share, quality score) to provide insight on creative copy improvements and optimise click-through and conversion rates.
    • Proactively develop, execute and analyse tests (ad copy, landing pages, audience targeting, bid strategies, etc.) that improve efficiencies and engage customers with value propositions aligned to their needs, while meeting and exceeding set KPI’s
    • Mastering methodologies, and internal tools, required to deliver efficient and profitable digital marketing campaigns (predominantly through PPC and SEO).
    • Formulating campaign strategy, researching keywords & potential marketing channels, analysing competitors, and testing.
    • Analysing the performance of campaigns, identifying strategic opportunities, facilitating change in order to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs.

    Experience Required

    • An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running PPC campaigns
    • Ideally have experience with SEO tools, like screaming frog, Wordstream, Moz and SEM Rush
    • Experience with Criteo
    • Experience with Facebook advertising
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Proficiency using Data Studio, Supermetrics, Adobe Analytics, Domo, Tableau or other analytics tools.
    • Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Propeller Adsa (Essential).
